Thanks, I will include the SqueakDebug.log in the future.

Automatic bug reporting would be an excellent idea.

It is created whenever such an error happens. The next error overwrites the file, so before continuing you should move it away (maybe rename to remind you of the incident, or attach to a ticket or an email). I'm attaching the one for this incident, and I also created a ticket:
