LanguageEditor can load PO (with translation) to InternalTranslator
with GetTextImporter.
Don't forget to reset "CachedTranslations" and "AllKnownPhrases"
(I 've noticed Bert implemented that method).

So converting legacy etoys.po to other format would be straightforward
if you managed to export from InternalTranslator !
