[etoys-dev] How can I reset preferences back to "factory defaults" in Etoys 4.1?

Delete individual preference files (ending in ".pref") or the whole Etoys preferences folder. On the Mac that's "Library/Application Support/Etoys/prefs", on Linux ".etoys/prefs".
