[etoys-dev] Next Etoys release

Some of us, including me, will need to see the changes in the next
release so that we can apply them to the Etoys Reference Manual.
Others who want to take a look should speak up.

When can we download and test this version?

I have just wrapped up another manual, and can come back to this one now.
