 When the morph's heading is 100, I increase it by 0.01. But the heading
 still keeps 100, not 100.01.
 Also when the morph's heading is 9.999, I increase it by 0.001. But the
 heading still keeps 9.999, not 10.
 This problem is occurred by 'turn by', too.
