#7829: UserText non-wrapping bug

In a Pango-updated build (with all patches pulled on aug-6th-2008), when
one drags a UserText from from the partsbin and starts editing it, it's
 borders shrink to the minimum.

After a bit of investigation, it seems like this happens with
PangoParagraphs when wrapFlag is set to off. Once one types more than two
letters, the width shrinks to the minimum. Typing some lines, and
resetting the cursor to somewhere in the middle will result in automatic
expansion; not at the end of the line however, but somewhere in the middle
of the line, while the tail of the line is moved below, on its own.

When wrapping is enabled, PangoParagraph reacts like MultiNewParagraph.
