#6139: Etoys claims numerous inappropriate MIME types

This is joyride-1570, and thus Etoys 74 according to the activity.info
 file.

I was trying to play a MIDI file from the Journal. Etoys started up, then
claimed that it couldn't handle the file!

In the activity.info file, Etoys asks for 30 different MIME types. Only
the first 4 are appropriate. Even if Etoys could handle all of these
formats, starting up a heavy-duty Smalltalk (and then worse, saving it to
the journal at shut-down) just to view/play a simple little file is
 terrible.

 I see:

4 squeak things that rightfully belong to Etoys

3 types of text, all of which should go to Read and Browse

11 types of image, all of which should go to Read and Browse

8 types of audio, all of which should go elsewhere (TamTam? Record?)

1 type of video, which should go elsewhere if MPEG isn't patented

1 type of archive, which should go to Browse or to Journal itself

1 multimedia format (shockwave) that might go here if handled

1 font file format, which should go to an installer (Journal itself?)
