    - remove support for pre-update.1 Sugar (old-etoys-*)
    - only echo debug info if ETOYS_DEBUG is set to 1
    - look for alternate images on USB, in data dir, and in bundle
    - if bundle has a locale dir, add that to MO_PATH
    - add --image and --vm options to etoys shell script
