#8929: Should not attempt to "un-camel-case" user-defined script and variable

There has been an inconsistency in how user-defined variable and script
names are seen in the Etoy UI. In some places, such names get un-camel-
cased, e.g. if the user gives a variable the name fredTheBear, it will
appear in some places as 'fred the bear' and in others as 'fredTheBear'.
Our current consensus is that all user-defined variable and script names
should always be seen in their actual form, i.e. the actual instance-
 variable-names and method-names of user-defined-variables and user-
defined-scripts should be what is seen on tiles representing these
elements in all cases. Thus, always 'fredTheBear', never 'fred the bear'.
