Comment:

 Will report if it happens again.

 The problem prevented me from seeing Etoys projects on the web, like on
 the new Etoys website http://squeakland.org/ which some kids might want to
 do. The problem most certainly is not Etoys-specific but all downloads
 would fail.

 I don't know if it's worth adding to the relnotes, might have been a
 singular failure on this heavily upgraded developer machine.
