 The test case is about the number of instances of a class in the system.
 Hit Alt-, go to "open..." menu, open a workspace.  In the workspace, type
 WsWorldStethoscope allInstances size in a line and type Ctrl-P.  You
 should see zero when you haven't made the instance of WorldStethoscope
 yet.

 Furthermore, you create an instance and save the project.  Resume it from
 Journal and the WorldStethoscope in the resumed project should function.
