For times when a viewer is larger than the screen height will allow, allow for paging like a book, as shown in the attached mockup.  From Karl:

Here is a fast mock up of making each viewer category act as a book.
Each category can then scale down to showing only 1 tile row and many pages :-)

The benefit is that the book widget is used for other interface activity (familiarity) and this will scale
for many display heights.

One category we did not discuss in the meeting is the Scrips category which could easily expand past 600 pixels and it is
user controlled....
