Attaching "setTitle-bf.1.cs" which adds a method to set the main window's title using the HostWindowPlugin.

This should already work on Mac and Windows. Please test utf8-support in particular (works on a 4.1 Mac VM, hould work on a recent Windows VM, too).

Also attaching a diff for a preliminary Linux X11 HostWindowPlugin implementation (which only implements a single function, namely setting the main window's _NET_WM_NAME title hint).
