Scott Wallace updated SQ-167:
-----------------------------

    Description:
After downloading the installer and starting it, Windows warns the user that this application comes from an "unknown vendor" and that it does not have "a valid signature" and that users should only install software from "trusted vendors".

While most Windows users are trained to just ignore those dialogs, an educated school administrator should not. To fix this, the Squeakland Foundation should purchase a trusted certificate that then can be used to sign our software.

For a better experience, try the Firefox installer, which is signed by Mozilla.
