It's not unreasonable to expect a feature that would render the pages of a BookMorph onto a single graphics file, or a Postscript file maybe.  Pagination could be an issue.  Easiest to do perhaps would be to generate a folder into which individual jpeg (or whatever) files, one for each page, were placed, though this is admittedly rather heavy-handed.  Someone willing to take on this important issue?
