Some objects are both in the Object Catalog and a Flap. "GetTextExporter2 listAllHelp" shows differences in the help bubbles between these entries (after replacing a faulty #fourth with #last). Having two versions of these help texts is not good, at the very least it puts more burden on translators. Here are the differences in 4.0:
Name: All Scripts
O: A tool allowing you to monitor and change the status of all scripts in your project
