If you middle click and move the sketch you are editing there are some weird offset paintbrush effects happening with rectangle, ellipse, star and line. 

To reproduce:
-Select one of rectangle, ellipse, star or line. 
-Draw one item
-Move the drawing with middle mouse button
-Draw again
