The attached fileout offers a substantially different help-message for the save-project button in the toolbar.  Instead of the weird "Keep a current project", this makes it be "Publish (save) this project.  Hold mouse button down for further options".  This makes the help-message more english-like, and  conforms to the style of the help-message for the adjacent load-project button.
