Ah, I think I understand why I get the partially displayed Navbar show/hide button. I was testing using these steps:
1) downloaded etoys 40 from tinlizzie
2) updated to the latest using the "load code updates" button

then I saw the partially displayed show/hide button

While I should have also run the preparation of the release, something like:

3) ReleaseBuilderSqueakland new prepareReleaseImageForSqueakland.

I have a question: What is the exact list of steps I need to run to prepare a image for Squeakland (and for OLPC), starting from image at http://tinlizzie.org/olpc/etoys-dev-4.0.zip. If someone can attach it here or email me I will put it on the squeakland wiki- thanks.
