A lot of strange things can happen when the webapp gets restarted while someone is using the server.

It's usually momentary, particularly when updating resource files.

The result is that all users lose their session, which means their logged status.

If you're in the middle of doing something only logged users can do, you'll get errors that have little to do with the spot where the error is.

The solution is to be more deliberate about restarting, which I often do by shutting the server down first so people will know it's restarting.

In the last five days, there's been *many* resource file changes, so it's quicker to simply bump it.
