There are useful items in the "view source" menu (brought up by the "view-source" key on the OLPC XO laptop, Cmd-Comma elsewhere) but it is not accessible without knowing that keyboard short cut.

Idea: add it as last item to the World's halo menu, called "advanced...". This would be in the same place as the "world menu..." item when the "etoyFriendly" preference is off. So "etoyFriendly" would toggle between showing the full world menu and the reduced "source" menu.

Some items are duplicated between the halo menu and the source menu, need to decide what to do about that.
