Every time someone logs in, Etoys retrieves the current category lists from the website:

http://squeakland.org/ageCatList?lang=en
http://squeakland.org/regionCatList?lang=en
http://squeakland.org/subjectCatList?lang=en

The categories are cached on file locally, so ever after logging in for the first time, the new categories will be shown when saving a project.
