In earlier versions of Etoys there were a easy way to make buttons to execute exclamation mark viewer lines like "Rectangle clear all pen trails". 

Now the way is to make a script, then use the menu button in the Script Editor to make a button to fire that script.

Maybe holding down on the Exclamation mark could pop up a menu to make a button to fire it ?


One can make a copy of the exclamation mark using the halo but it is very nondescript because it is just a exclamation mark...
