When "Publishing a Project" the focus should be in Username

When you "Publish (save) a project" and click on the "Login" button, you in version 4.0 build 2336 (and previous versions) you need to click inside the "Username" text box to start typing.

That step should be removed and focus should be such that you can simply begin typing the Username
