Tried to fix this twice, but it's still happening.  When some users upload a project file, their file & thumb fields are replacing other file and thumb files, resulting in broken image & project links for the other projects.

I'm sure this has something to do with using multiple tabs/windows just after reviewing other projects.

No data is lost, since you can simply replace the file and thumb fields manually in the database.

It's a pain though, and it looks unprofessional to have these dead links & thumbs (until the manual fix).
