Sugar 0.84 replaces its "tabbed" toolbars with something not unlike flaps:

To indicate which buttons have a flap associated with them, a tiny arrow is shown below the button.

We should add this arrow too. Also, the arrow changes to an upwards facing one when the flap is open to  indicate that clicking it will close the flap. Rather useful.

The flaps in Sugar also have a nice outline that encloses the button (see screenshots linked above). If it's easy to do I'd like to have that in Etoys as well.
