Uploaded plugins for Linux and Mac. 

To test on Mac and Windows, load ScratchPlugin-class.st and do

ScratchPlugin primOpenURL: 'http://www.squeakland.org/'

URL opening not work on Linux though (but I tested the image manipulation primitives and they work).

TODO: upload Windows plugin, and push ScratchPlugin-class.st (after making a proper changeset from it).
