can you add to the manifest . . .

guid:  squeakland-username-millisecondsSinceEpoch

with a test to see if the username has changed since the old manifest if you're updating a project, in which case you make a new guid and put the old one here:

prev-guid: squeakland-username-millisecondsSinceEpoch

When the username is not know, use:

squeakland-unknown-millisecondsSinceEpoch

And when they publish it, swap their username for "unknown", keeping the milliseconds value.
