The License file in Etoys-4.0.2306-Beta8-Win.exe was replaced with the plain copy of Appache License 2.0.
Licesnse file in Previous versions says "Licensed under the MIT License with part under the Appache License". It seems wrong file is packaged unless you has changed licensing condition.  And copyright statement is missing in the new file.

I am marking this as etoys-win component as I haven't checked other packages like Etoys-To-Go.
