I'm not entirely certain that replacing all occurences of Etoys with "Etoys 4" or "Etoys4" in .nsi and .nsh files, rename the executable to Etoys4.exe (perhaps) and change the etoys.exe in Etoys.exe.manifest to etoys4.exe (could be Etoys4.exe) is all it takes for all browsers/Windows version combinations.  (Nonetheless I can try it).
