Attached fileout "suffixArrowOnFn-sw" addresses this deficiency by supplying parentheses around 'bearing to' and 'distance to' tiles when they are dropped into a script, so that the resulting numeric entities will have extension arrows, allowing further arithmetic with the result of the function computations.
