If someone can go through all the projects before 28-Sep-2009 and add comments here for tag misfires (with the bad tags), I'll remove them all in one go.

This is easier than touching all the files and re-polling them, which would mess up their server dates.

I could delete the projects from the database, but this would disconnect them from everything else (comments, ranks, etc)

I'm not writing custom code to do this (hood is down for me, except critical stuff.)
