I'm seeing a lot of people click the "hide toolbar" button to make it full screen.

You see this icon used for that in several places (quicktime, etc).

Can we get a more standard dock/undock icon instead?

(the arrows clearly seem to point outside the toolbar space, suggesting more than what it does).

Perhaps three small arrows pointing left (maybe with a vert line to the left of them) and a comparable icon for the other.

This could potentially be a major source of confusion.
