This isn't as easy as it sounds.  There can be many form drop-downs, potentially a dozen or more with multiple categories.

With the comment form on the same page, it complicates things.  I'm sure I can figure out a way around this, but there's a reason I put this off originally.  The immediate solution didn't present itself.

For now, people will have to suffer the delay . . . makes it harder to give 10s :)
