Change all the arrow up/down blocks to drop-downs, and save this information when you click the Save button below the comment.  Not sure if using a filter servlet or adding some kludgy thing into SmComment is the right way to go.

Make sure you add this in the right spot:

SmEnv.sendMailingToAccount( SmConstants.NM_ARTICLE_NOTIFY_APPROVED, aArticle.getAccount() );
