I'm marking this as "resolved", which is the indication we use to mark issues that have a fix associated and are ready for testing (JIRA doesn't really fit our development process so we have to use that kludge). The ideal procedure is outlined at http://wiki.squeakland.org/display/sq/Process 

So if you have other issues here with a fix that are not yet marked for testing, please "resolve" them.
