maybe add a new morph called CameraMorph that uses CameraPlugin
Etoys would ship both plugins
remove VideoMorph from the object catalog
add your new simplified but x-platform CameraMorph
seems better than shoehorning the CameraPlugin into VideoMorph
and maybe later there could be a cross-platform VideoPlugin so we can resurrect VideoMorph
