This is different from I can't upload from within Etoys because I can't login (which I still can't)

If I upload a new version of a project that already exists I get the error below. I can upload a new project. Used account MrSteve2
I can not upload anything using MrSteve (well it seems like it can, but the project never shows up in my list so I can't see it to make it public.  Also it seems even though I get the error below the new version of the .pr file is posted, but the thumbnail image of the project is not updated.

1) worked
2) made a duplicate
3) gave 500 servlet
4) access denied
