This actually affects all languages which are not listed in #supportedLanguages, like Turkish-Latin1. Under Sugar we enable Pango in this case. On Mac or Windows, we get that message without options. We should instead just switch the language and hope for the best - at least for Creole and Turkish-Latin1 it would work fine.
