Users can delete the PaintBox when painting

Once deleted it is hard to get back (from World Menu -> playfield options -> round up strays, then start painting and it will appear in the upper left corner).

Possible solution, the PaintBox should have the attribute "resist deletion" set to true

Cherry mentioned a number of her kids in class had accidentally deleted the PaintBox
