Press Me Button from Supplies and Button created from Script Editor have different behaviors
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SQ-700
                 URL: http://tracker.squeakland.org/browse/SQ-700
             Project: squeakland
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: etoys
            Reporter: Stephen Thomas

Not sure why we need two different Button Objects. The one from the Supplies Bin has some bugs and in my opinion is harder to use. Although it is easier to "discover"
Below are notes from the Floss Manual entry.

Button

NOTE: There are a number of strange behaviors in this object (which I will document below) and the button you create from a Scripts Editors Menu works better. To me it makes much more sense to create a Button from a Script's menu, than to create a button (which maps to a World's script. You can change it to another object, but it requires a whole bunch of clicks and typing, lastly if you change the script name, the button stops working.)Would consider removing this from Supplies.

BUG: When you drag this button from Supplies and click on "See the script for this button" icon, it creates an empty script for the "world" object. To create a script for another object requires you: cahnge the target, change the arguments, change the action selector (I gave up comparing at this point). And even if you do all these things or decide you want the script in the world. If you change the name of the script, the binding to the button is lost! Test: Drag button, click on button icon in Halo, add scripting tile such as make sound. Then click and yes it works. Then rename the script and it does NOT run the script.
FLAG FOR REMOVAL: In my opinion this Object will confuse and frustrate users and there is a much more logical, simpler way to create buttons.

I left the description below, as I could be (and often am) wrong and there may be a very useful purpose for the button here, I just don't see it.
