Posted the project NameThatNumberBingo.???.pr and when I did it created a folder "untitled folder".
Now I was logged into Etoys on Mac A via Browser and Mac B via Etoys and a webdav mount (yes, I am fairly confident I did not create the folder from my terminal session or through finder).

When I log into my account it shows up as "untitled folder /Name That Number Bingo  (2010-Oct-02 2:23 EDT)"

Re-posted from within Etoys and it went into the proper directory
