If you take three objects Text, Rectangle and "Text Box" create a script for each which has one tile <turn by : 20> and run all three at the same time, the Text and Text Box turn at the same speed, but the text box is slower. Also tried with Text embedded in a Rectangle and that rotated fine (ie: at the same speed as Rectangle by itself).
