Stephen Thomas updated SQ-882:
------------------------------

Summary: The "Change Size" icon in the Halo is actually only a Change Scale icon, IF slider heading != 0 (was: Sliders "Change Size" icon in the Halo is actually only a Change Scale icon)
Description: If your change the heading for an object to a non-zero value, the icon that says "change size, hold down shift to preserve aspect ratio" behaves differently in that it is only a change scale icon. Yet you can change the length or width independently in the viewer. (was: The icon that for every other object is "change size, hold down shift to preserve aspect ratio" behaves differently in that it is only a change scale icon. Yet you can change the length or width independently in the viewer.)
