Text not contained in resource files is retrieved from the database as "articles".

To translate this content throughout the website, you'll need an admin account, following this procedure:

The community can help by simply translating text that appears on each page (check to make sure it's not in the resource files) and uploading it as appropriately named text files to this issue.  Someone with an admin account will put the translated text into the database.

A few areas still cannot be translated because they aren't stored as "articles".
