Thanks to bugs fix relate to TTCFont, now Etoys can load Chinese font without problem.

So please add this Chinese font package into Etoys, the font included is WenQuanYi Micro Hei[1]. which is a font derived from Google's Droid Sans Fallback font.

I have asked the author, as v0.2 of this font is licensed under Apache2.0 or GPLv3[2], there is no problem to include it into Etoys. And they hope Etoys website or document to mention this and add a link.
