Same project, logged in the whole time, changed and uploaded to showcase via Web Interface (as from within Etoys doesn't work) simply saved new version without exiting or restarting) and got a new URI.

Perhaps we should uniquely id versions versus different projects via name/account combination.  That said if a bug in URI generation in manifest, this would at some point need to be fixed to identify re-mixes.
