Allow creation of YouTube uploadable video from within Etoys

In order to:
 1) easily create training/how to videos
 2) create video and stories that can more easily be shared with non-Etoys users (and grandparents and friends)

One approach may be modifications to Event Theatre to allow publishing of "playback" to youTube et al.

Ideally, this should allow direct to YouTube publication within Etoys. But even if it simply creates a file we can upload that would be fine.

I do not see Ogg format supported on YouTube, perhaps WebM.
