Because of the two situations that Steve mentions, namely (1)  tell-all-contents and (2) potential change of receiver after the fact, as well as the observation that a script-name tile could be embedded in a complex phrase in which the provider of the script-name might itself be determined by the value of some player-valued variable rather than with the phrase's "associatedPlayer", I feel that this is not a bug -- in fact, quite the opposite.  Better to offer some extra choices than to err in the opposite direction and exclude script names from the pop-up which the user may actually legitimately want.  IMO.
