Bert Freudenberg resolved SQ-1076.

    Resolution: Complete

Karl: does it work if you remove the "asFormOfDepth: 32) as: CursorWithAlpha)" and "offset: (-6 @ -31)" from ColorPickerMorph >> showEyedropperCursor? Instead, use showTemporaryCursor:hotSpotOffset: with the form directly.

Otherwise I can't imagine why the temp cursor logic should be broken on Windows. It is used in many more places. While the temp cursor is shown, the hardware cursor should show a blank cursor.

> When the mouse goes down in a modeless color picker, such as those found in property sheets and in the graph-paper panel, the user is in a "color-picking-up" mode correlated with that particular picker, and can pick up a color from anywhere on the squeak screen. To emphasize that the user is in this somewhat counterintuitive mode and to call attention to the fact that, having established which picker is being fed, the user can proceed to pick up a color from anywhere, it would be desirable to show the eyedropper cursor (until now only shown in the modal picker) for the duration of the mode, i.e. until the mouse comes up. The attached fileout implements this change.
